MY INTENTION
My name is Lindsay and I live in Northeast Minneapolis with my husband, 10 & 3-year-old daughters, and my 2-year-old son. We have dreams of moving to the country and having a hobby farm.
Someday those dreams will be realized but in the meantime, we enjoy city life and all its nuanced wonder. I had a doula during the births of our youngest kids and have since been inspired to offer the support, education, and sincere sense of calm that my doula offered me.
My intention as a doula is to support you, encourage you, process options with you, and most importantly, work with you to feel empowered, confident, and excited about birth! Being in labor and giving birth is life-changing, no matter how it happens. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your story.

Birth Doula
I am certified through Doula Trainings International and offer a full range of prenatal, labor, and delivery support for Mamas and their support family.
Postpartum Doula
Having a postpartum doula can ease the transition home for the whole family. Though I focus on Mom and baby, I'm happy to assist in any way.
